Microphone issue

I have iPhone 6s Plus. When I’m trying to use WhatsApp voice call or Vedic call my speaker mike not working, when I put the call on loud speaker receiver person cannot hear my voice, if I put it on iPhone voice or using Bluetooth then receiver can hear my voice . I have already enabled all my permission for microphone, what to do please suggest me .
