Remove Remote Management After Factory Reset

My device was managed by my previous company which allowed me to keep the iPhone after I left.

I did the factory reset but I am unable to reconfigure it now as it is stuck at remote management credentials.

what can I do now? Can my previous company who owned the device previously and allowed me to keep the Device after I left help?

Please note that the current state of my mobile device is factory reset.

You need to talk to the IT department of your old company, as nobody, not even Apple can/will remove MDM.

Thank you so much for the reply. Just to be sure, if I reach my previous company and ask to remove it, they can remove it and I will not get the prompt of remote management asking for credentials….Correct? Please note and this is important that the current state of my iPhone is Factory Reset, so my phone is not even configured for me to go to settings n all.

Thank you so much for your help.
