Exercise ring closing too early

My exercise ring is set to 40 min; however it has started closing after only 15 min after starting an active exercise. I have restarted phone and watch and still have same issue.

Apple Watch Series 7, watchOS 8

Exercise Rings not syncing Has anyone found a solution for exercise rings not syncing with workouts? I went on an hour bike ride that did not sync- it shows it in the gps and as a workout with the correct time and route but my ring is still open- it shows 21 min of workout. I also took a short walk to try (9 min to close the ring) and it did not sync either! I had my phone both times. I’ve turned both on and off to try that but both devices aren’t showing the ring closed.

My exercise ring is not moving All of a sudden my exercise ring on my Apple Watch stopped working. I checked the health app info and everything is correct, I checked the location services settings as well. Also I have it set for reminders and it doesn’t buzz anymore. Anyone? Series 8
