Apple watch won’t update software to pair

My Apple watch is unable to check for update bc there is no Internet connection is what the area code says when I try to pair my watch to my phone. Does anyone know what to do? I’ve tried resetting, changing language etc…

apple watch set up won’t update i’m trying to connect a new apple watch series three to my phone but it says it needs updating first. i’ve tried updating it about 10 times with different phones as well as buying a different watch but when it’s about to complete the update, it says there’s no internet connection and completely restarts. On a couple of occasions it went through to a preparing screen however it was stuck on that all day and nothing happened.

Apple Watch series 3 Keep getting unable to verify update, no internet. My internet is good. Doing update from phone, my watch is not currently paired.
