Is there any way to have alarms set for calendar events?
I work from home and have multiple calls and meetings per day.
is there a way to get my calendar to set alarms that will go off when things are scheduled on my calendar? Not notifications but actual alarms that will go off regardless of my phone being on silent.

This isn't a feature of the Calendar app, but alarms can be created on your iPhone to help as well as the notifications you can add to the event:
