I have a new Macbook Air 2020 with Monterey 12.4 and cannot get GarageBand to add new sounds. Trying to add a drummer but keep getting the error in the title above. Restarted garageband and also the computer. Looking at the download progress window it looks like the download is complete but it also says failed. Ideas?

After calling Apple Support the solution was to uninstall/reinstall GarageBand. After that all seems well now.

GarageBand was not able to install the new sounds. Close and re-open GarageBand to download and install them again.
