Hi, you can restart your Mac and press the COMMAND+R keys when it powers up(long click), and it will send you to recovery mode. In recovery mode, you can find a section called "Reinstall macOS Monterey".

You may not have deleted the recovery section of the drive as it's seperate to Macintosh HD for this reason. Follow what Ocillus recommend. If you have removed the recovery section, you will need a second Mac and USB stick or USB hard drive to make a bootable MacOS installer.
