Can I install the Numbers App on my old iPad Air running 12.5.5?

I have had my iPad Air since new and I used to use Microsoft Excel. When I upgraded my iPhone to a 12 Pro Max I tried Numbers on it and I loved it. It is so easy to use. I was hoping to load my iPad Air with Numbers but it says I need an older version of Numbers than the current version on the App Store. Is this possible?

The current version of Numbers for iPad requires iPadOS14 or later. If an older version of Numbers remains available, you will be able to download it from the App Store.

Assuming that your have previously installed Numbers, access the App Store App - the tap the blue profile button at top-right of the screen. From the menu, tap Purchased - then scroll down the list until your find Numbers. If found, tap the cloud-icon (with the downward-pointing arrow).
