Trade-in kit
i received my new macbook pro but i haven’t received the trade-in kit. Does anybody know how the trade in works? How do i send my old computer back?

The trade in kit typically arrives a few days (not weeks) after you've received your new device. If you've had it more than a day or so, I'd use the Get Support button at the top of this page and contact Apple. Also, if you have an Apple Store near you, you can do the trade in-store directly and bypass the mail the trade in.
