I'm not exactly sure, but Unidays is a loose (?) colaboration of some universities/colleges in Europe allowing access to discounts. No idea if that would work with Apple.

You need to check with Apple, but if your country's online Apple store does not offer an "education store", then it is probably not available in your region.
