That is, that answering the cell phone via the Apple Watch will direct the call to the hearing aid , like like it does on a call answered on the apple phone; rather than, the small mic and speaker on the watch. Those small speaker are useless for anyone; and totally, useless if you have a hearing problem.

Not directly. Your hearing aids are connected to your iPhone. Your Apple Watch is connected to your iPhone. Does this help? Without an iPhone your Apple Watch is just a watch, almost.
