iPhone screen contrast automatically changes depending on ambient light.

Hello everyone i have brand new iphone 12 and i noticed something contrast changing when i lift my phone toward room light and then face it little bit down gray colour is much colored or something so screen changes little bit dims or whatever , i cant explaing much clearly , as i guess iphone screen reacts to ambient light but auto brightness is off! true tone is off!

searched in google and many users have same issue. rebooting phone seems tofix this issue for a while and then starting again very annoying is that ios bug? anyone has the same

problem? any advice? thanks .

We understand that you're having issues with what sounds like auto-brightness or screen color saturation. Thanks for letting us know that you've already disabled auto-brightness and True Tone. i cant get apple support because im from Georgia Country and application where redirects me into message that i have to contact with tells me not supported in this region so only way is to ask from here . or give me some email that i can contact with.

we dont have any authorized store i just want to chat with someone. from apple ! in a past i was able to chat from Georgia using apple support and now i cant .
