How do I cancel my free trial of Apple TV

To cancel:

1. Go to Settings on your iPhone.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Tap Apple TV+.
5. Tap Cancel Free Trial.

Follow the steps in the support document you posted from. (If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple) If you don't see Apple TV+ or you don't see a cancel option, then it's already been cancelled, and there's nothing more to do.
