I have two questions. The first question is on XCode, while the second is process request

I got an error description: "Provision profile "IOS Team provisioning profile does not incllatestude the selected device 'Victor's Mackbook pro" (identifier 4DA463c3-FEFC-5108-93F4-5BDCoD4DDE3A)

2.The second error is : Unable to process request -PLA update available :you currently don't have access to this membership resource. To resolve this issue ,agree to the latest program license agreement in your development account

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.4

1: If you’re on a development team working with others, contact whoever sent you that profile. If not on a team, re-download your certificates from the Apple Developer Portal.

2: Visit the Apple Developer portal, and read the new Apple agreement. Visit https://developer.apple.com, log in, check Account.
