Do I need to make an appointment at the Penrith Apple Store to check problems I’m having with my iPad

Whether or not you need to visit and Apple Store, or whether you can resolve a problem yourself, will largely be determined by the issue that you are attempting to resolve - details of which you have not outlined here.


Visiting the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store may, however, be an effective way to resolve your issue, or to explore your options should repair be required. While you can just walk-in to obtain assistance, to reduce waiting time, making an appointment is often recommended:
