Being Stuck in a Boot Loop:
Your iPhone apparently is stuck in a boot loop. And this typically happens when you unsuccessfully download somethings or an install stalls. So, refer to my User Tip: How to Fix an iPhone in a Boot Loop - User Tip

Apple Support will usually ask you to try a Forced Restart as an early troubleshooting step, so if you have not already tried this........

Try this several times as the instructions to "quickly" press buttons mean just that......quickly.

You are welcome. Glad to hear that my User Tip solved this for you.
After deleting some files (almost full phone), and to make sure that I reclaimed the space I did just that, with the above results.
I’ll try this when my laptop is around.
Did this, and presto! XR restored without data loss. Thank you very much indeed.
