If you have already performed the following…
Add or remove your phone number in Messages or FaceTime - Apple Support
…and Settings > Messages > Send & Receive > is still not allowing you to select your telephone number, then you’re going to need to discuss this with Apple Support. Use the Get Support link in the upper right of this webpage.
