I would like to cancel a subscription for an app. We have never used the app and would like a credit.

I would like to cancel an app subscription on an app that has never been used. Can we get a credit as well?

Subscriptions usually aren't refundable buy you can try the following: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support
