Hi everyone, Me and my aunt needs assistance on how to recover her old phone number and Apple ID account password. She said she couldn't sign in to her device for she needs her old trusted phone number and apple ID password (we know her apple id is intact with her old iPhone X but it isn't found in the trusted devices on her iCloud). I looked up on the account recovery feature in "iforgotapple.com" but all the options there unfortunately could not help us in recovering her number and apple id password. What do we do? Please help. p.s her device is an iPhone X (GSM)(19F77)

Have her contact her carrier for the number.

If she forgot the Apple ID (iCloud) password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if she can get a Rescue or Notification email option if necessary. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.
