I need your e-mail to solve my problem in my iPhone it is closed I forgot the e-mail

Do you have documentation that the phone belongs to you - for example your receipt from when you purchased the iPhone? You can start an activation lock removal request at https://al-support.apple.com

And, I have no idea what the screen says in your picture.

Is it Activation lock?
