My iPhone calendar is duplicating entries
Ever since I purchased my iPhone 11, my calendar entries would duplicate. Now I see three entries for one event!

You may have stored the same events in multiple email accounts.
Either remove the events from the rarely used email account or disable the Calendar from the rarely used mail account in the iOS Mail app.
