iMessage activation and FaceTime activation error

My phone don’t let me FaceTime or text

Am not able to activate my iMessage and FaceTime… please help

FaceTime,iMessage won’t let me use my email or number

There is an error while activating face time and it’s not getting cleared I need immediate support
