My Iphone 5s is not opening and not updating through Itunes. Continuosly I'm getting 4013 error. Could you please help quick?

Your iPhone model 5s cannot be updated past iOS 12.5.5, because of hardware (CPU/RAM) incompatibility.
That said, see this support article about error 4013:--> If you see error 9, 4005, 4013, or 4014 when you restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
