Go to your Apple ID settings.
Web:
Go to https://appleid.apple.com. Tap Sign In. Tap Account Security, where you can managed trusted phone numbers for your Apple ID.
iPhone via Settings:
Tap your name. Tap Password & Security, then tap Edit next to Trusted Phone Numbers to edit phone numbers.
