HEIC or JPG

My iPhone, via iCloud, downloads photos to my Windows PC as both HEIC and JPG format. Whicj should I keep. I don't need two of each photo.

That's entirely up to you. HEIC is the High Efficiency format so uses less space per photo.


Only you know if you need to keep the JPEGS around or if the HEIC is o.k. You can always covert the HEIC versions to jpeg if you need to.
