I went into cellular data options all i can see is 3g and lte
Does my iphone support 5g? or only 3g and 4g?

All iPhone 13s support 5G data networks. Which bands are supported will vary depending on which country it was originally sold in. If you don’t have a 5G option, you probably need a new SIM card from your carrier, assuming they support 5G on that iPhone.
