Any suggestion on where I find safari to update

Safari is a built-in Apple app, which comes along iOS updates.

You can't update that app only, you need to update your iPhone's iOS version, as per these instructions:--> Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch – Apple Support

If your iPhone cannot be updated, Safari app won't update, sorry.
