Why can't I see my videos on my iCloud account?

Anything that you sync to iCloud can be found at iCloud.com; iCloud.com/photos in this case assuming your videos are stored in the usual manner. If your videos do not show, they may not yet have synchronized to iCloud. Check the status by opening Photos, Tap library, Scroll to the bottom. You'll see the current cloud status.
