black screen

I woke up and my screen is black, alarm etc all seem to work and I can’t do a forced restart, battery is fine as its been charging all night. I also don’t own a computer, i only have an iPad, so im unable to plug it in to something annnnd all my passwords are stored on my iPhone, not on iPad…. Yes i know they should be accessible on both, but they’re not. HELP!!!!
