Cancel Subscribtion

Hello, everyone
I have a question: on June 14, 22 I bought the Yousician app and its subscription Premium Plus: yearly plan (1 week) with one week free trial. When I realized I didn't need it, I canceled the subscription, deleted the account on the app, and then deleted the app. Two days ago I received an email that my subscription was about to expire. In addition, it is still displayed in my Apple ID account in the settings. My question: Does the expiry of the subscription only apply to the free week? and Why is it still displayed in the Apple ID account even though I have already canceled it?
