(CAMERA) - Display freezing and remaining stuck - iphone 11

Hello everyone - (iphone 11)

My troublesome issue is that the image or content that appears on display when using the camera on my begins to freeze and stick, remains that way without correcting itself, and then sometimes eventually goes completely blurry *every time* I use my camera.

For troubleshooting thus far, I have tried:

Closing all other apps prior to using the camera.

Turning OFF background refresh for all apps prior to use.

Restarting the phone.

Restored to factory settings using my macbook.

This iphone 11 was a new purchase only 18 months ago.

If anyone here may have some ideas or insight, I would greatly appreciate the help.
