Activity Rings not displaing on Apple Watch

My activity rings are showing on my phone but not my watch. How can I restore the rings to my apple watch 8?

Apple rings not updating My watch is paired to my phone- I can listen to music etc. I can track workouts, check heart rate and close activity rings. All this was visible on my phone until a week ago. On my phone’s activity app, I can’t see any recent activity - it’s like I’ve not been wearing the watch, but the watch is still tracking and the phone is still paired. It’s an SE. Any ideas?
