I have both an iPad and I phone and am trying to put all the apps in the same place across both and do t really wanna sit there and do it manually so is there a way to have this done through the settings? Thanks in advance

Arrangement of App icons to mirror other devices cannot be automated though device settings. Also consider that Home Screen layout of Apps, App folders and Widgets is linked to the individual screen aspect ratio - that fundamentally differs between iPad and iPhone.
