Synch Itunes Folders on iPad to Apple Music on MacBook

Hi I have songs within my iTunes library on my iPad Pro that have been downloaded from my PC. I want to copy these to my Music Library on my 2021 MacBook Pro. I've successfully transferred songs that I've purchased from iTunes but not others ?
