I am unable to open App Store and get the message that the Apple store apps I not available in your country or region.

Sorry to hear that it seems the App Store is not available to you in your region of India.
It seems that Apple has set up certain Apple services for use in India generally, but perhaps your region does not allow that.

So it seems to me, that there may not not be any Bank Credit / Debit cards that Indian banks will allow. to be used for Apple.

I am from India and country and region selected and shows in my account but when I go to App Store we get a massage that the Apple store app is not available in your country or region. Kindly help and resolve the issues.
