Changing font on Watch

Had big problems setting up my Apple Watch (5 hours with T-Mobilee) but the font is too big. I can change it on settings on my watch App on my IPhone but it doesn't impact the font on the watch. Font is too big to even find the appropriate place under settings on the watch.
