When I drag some apps to trash, they bounce back and won't delete. How to fix?

I ported apps from my imac to a new macbook. I want to delete some of them, but when I drag to trash, they bounce back and won't delete. How do I delete these apps?

I cannot delete apps from Launchpad. As it is no longer possible to post in the previous thread called "I cannot delete apps from Launchpad" (Why actually?) and since no solutions have been proposed there that are both (1) easy and (2) work, I will repeat the question. In Launchpad, most of my applications do not have an "x" to click on to delete them, and they cannot be dragged into the Trash. There are complicated solutions proposed to do with removing database files that don't exist. So I repeat the question: how are we supposed to do this? How can Apple have screwed up such a basic piece of functionality? By the way I have recently installed MacOS 10.14.

deleting apps on iMac i have tried several times to delete the messenger and telegram app off my iMac. I have dragged it to the trash can, nothing happens. I have also tried to delete from the launchpad. thank you

Difficult to remove Apps I have seen articles, linked from the forum, regarding how to remove unwanted Apple apps. The method of using LaunchPad resulted in no apps showing no 'X' to delete any apps. The other method of deleting the app by moving it to the bin worked only for iMovie; "Cleaner One Pro" removed the hidden iMovie files. I have never used nore intend to use; Automator, Books, Chess, Find My, GarageBand, Image Capture, News, Photo Booth, Stickies, Stocks, I have never used them but it seems these Apps refuse to be deleted. Is tehre any way to 'Get-Rid-Of' these unwanted Apps from OS 12.6.5? (Apps Cleaner & Delete Apps from Apple Apps Store don't list these programs for easy removal.) Any ideas are most welcome. Thank you

Any Apple included Apps cannot be deleted, they are part of the OS.
