Se me ha cobrado hoy 22,99€ de la suscripción y quiero cancelar la suscripción y que me devuelvan el dinero, ¿cómo puedo hacerlo? Ayuda por favor.

Trial subscriptions must be canceled 24 hours before the subscription ends to avoid getting charged.

This is how to properly cancel a subscription;

After you have canceled the subscription, contact Apple directly to request a refund;
