The phone my watch is paired to is broken/screen doesn’t turn on and it’s gone, so I can’t unpair them and then pair this new phone with my Apple Watch.
How do I unpair a phone from my watch without the phone?

On your watch, go to Settings, then General, Reset, then Erase all Content and Settings, you can then pair the watch to your new phone.
