You cannot. Memory (RAM) and Storage (space to keep apps and files) cannot be changed on an iPhone. It has whatever amount it had when you bought it.

If you need more storage space, you can delete content from the iPhone, or move files, photos, videos etc... off of the iPhone onto a computer or external drive.
