How can I reset security questions?

I’m trying to reset my security questions but it says the system doesn’t have sufficient information so what are my next steps?

To reset security questions:

➢ Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security. 

i do not have enough information to reset security questions I do not remember the answers to my security questions.
