Missing music

Purchased a new iPhone and I’m missing music that I downloaded from cds to my iTunes account. How do I get it back?

See Turn on Sync Library with Apple Music - Apple Support. The steps are the same for iTunes Match. Or sync your device to your iTunes/Music library.
