I am not able to see my emails on my iPad and it want let me go from one email to another email

I am unable to see my emails on my iPad. The email appears frozen. I can’t go from one screen to another.

If the Mail App has frozen, force-close the Mail App and restart your iPad:

If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open - Apple Support
