My apple watch will turn on but I have tried 3 different apple watch chargers and after two days still shows 1% charge. I have restarted it, cleaned the back of it as suggested. What do i do?

Thank you for this link but it still is not working. It is on an apple charger, all plastic off. I did the force restart. It has now been on the charger for the past 4 hours and still shows a red charging icon and 1% battery. Not sure what else to do besides take it into apple.
