I have iCloud storage that I haven’t backed up my most recent photos. I purchased a new phone and I’m afraid only my photos on my iCloud will transfer. What can I do so all of my photos and information transfer to my new phone. Thank you.

Do you still have the old iPhone? If YES, then:
Transfer Data from old iPhone to new-

If you do not have your old iPhone then you can restore from what is backed up on either iCloud or on a computer.
