As a developer I use my computer quite a bit and was wondering if there is an Apple-backed source for all shortcuts available on Apple's platform?
For example, Preview, Office365, ZSH, and others.
I am getting better at finding out of the "key-combos", however, it would be nice to find an ultimate collection of shortcuts.

Try to search for Apple shortcuts cheat sheet on internet and you'll probably find similar comprehensive lists for specific apps.

One of my most used commands is not there:
Command + Q : quit the current program.
This list is not updated (or comprehensive enough), nor reviewed properly by Apple.
Feel free to submit feedback to Apple.
FWIW, I would imagine joining the Apple Developer Program would give you access to more extensive documentation.
I don't know of any other "official" Mac shortcuts list.
