Iphone storage

Are you using the 'optimize storage' option? If so, if you have a large number of pictures, the low-resolution previews will still take up a bit of space. How many pictures and how much storage are we talking?

Hmm. 30GB for 7000 pictures and videos seems like a lot. Are all of the items in the cloud? Just to compare, I have over 70k photos and 6k videos in the cloud and the low res versions take up 22GB on my phone.
