i'm trying to create new playlist on my mac but music does not letting me do it

Can't create a playlist in Apple Music I had to reimport my music into Apple Music since I accidentally deleted a preference with Clean My Mac. Now I can't create playlists. It's greyed out when I go up to the file menu to create new. Does anyone know what got screwed up? Thanks!

Cannot Add Song to some Playlists I cannot add songs to some of my playlists. On my Mac, when I click add music to playlist, only some of my playlists are shown. I can see all of my playlists in Apple Music and I can play all of those playlists, but when I try to add a song it only presents me with some of the playlists. I have tried opening the playlist in a separate window and dragging the song to it, but I does not add the song. I have signed out of Apple Music and signed in again and I have turned off Sync and turned it back on again, but none of this solves the issue.

If you followed these streps:

Create, edit, and delete Smart Playlists in Music on Mac - Apple Support

and still have problems then there may be ask issue with the file/folder permissions. See:

Change permissions for files, folders, or disks on Mac - Apple Support

If you need permission to open an item on Mac - Apple Support
