apple pay issue

I can't add my credit/debit card to apple wallet . See the attached image to know about my problem . There not showing the window to add card details.

1st: Are you in a region that supports ApplePay?

Countries and regions that support Apple Pay - Apple Support

2nd: Does your bank support ApplePay? (Not all banks do; even in regions WITH ApplePay)

3rd: Do you have a compatible device?:
