IPhone 13Pro Max doesn't work with water I get my phone repaired by Apple store Dubai Mall on May 13 2022 and on 22nd May It stopped working. Now apple says this is not water proof what a joke this company is. Asking mw to pay half price of total to repair it bulshit. Even phone is in Warranty

You can either work with the store who repaired your phone (which is odd as Apple doesn't repair water damaged phones, they offer out of warranty replacement phone) or use the Get Support button at the top of this page to reach out to Apple.

We are an user to user forum, Apple users, just like you. We are not Apple it self.. So I recommend calling them or going back to the store
I have called them many times I went to stores in different locaitons but thier staff is so pathetic and straight forward and do not accept what they have done to the device. why this device stopped working after 9th day of its repairing by an apple technician in Dubai Mall store. Many Thanks.
